The Silesian Theater Orchestra with the conductor Josef Štefan also performed well, playing numerous Spanish rhythms and folklore associations in good harmony and lively expression. The brass and percussion deserve special praise, which have a lot to play in the recurring characteristic musical motifs and have managed the premiere excellently. Štefan's conception was a hallmark of pure American drive with a film-faceted seal that illustrates the sonic pomposity and sentimental harmony of Don Quixote's central melody.
